Dr. Krause is a dedicated paediatrician with expertise in infectious diseases, critical care and general paediatrics.

With a focus on providing exceptional care to young patients, Dr. Krause and his team of paediatricians bring extensive experience and a compassionate approach to this practice.

The Night Paeds practice is able to admit patients to both Mediclinic Panorama and Netcare Christiaan Barnard Memorial Hospital, accommodating most medical aids.

Night Paediatrics

We offer specialist after hour care for children
in Cape Town and the surrounding areas.

Our team of specialists
are available from

08:30 – 20:00
on weekdays and
10:00 – 13:00 on weekends.

Infants

We provide first-time parents with the support they need to navigate the challenges of parenting.

We are available after hours to answer your questions and provide support and reassurance when you
need it most.

Toddlers & children

We understand that sometimes your child may fall ill outside of regular working hours.

That's why we offer
Night Paeds service for those unexpected situations, don't hesitate to make an appointment.

Adolescents

We know that adolescence can be a unique phase, with its own set of challenges.
